What can I expect to pay?
An average price for a downtown one bedroom corporate apartment is $99-$130 per day based upon a 30 day stay. An average two bedroom
goes for $130- $180 per day. Plus there is no 15% hotel tax with a corporate apartment! The rates for an upscale Lubbock hotel $99 -$150 per night. You do the math.

Can I pay by Credit Card or Debit Card?
Yes. You can use Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover using Google Checkout, a simple, convenient and secure way to pay.
Otherwise, how am I billed?
You will receive monthly billing that includes the rent for the coming month plus any extra charges for the past month, such as long distance charges. If you pay by credit card, your account will automatically be charged at the beginning of every month and you will receive an invoice showing the specific charges.
Can you bill my company?
Yes. Many of our guests have their monthly bills sent directly to their company. In order to do this however, your company must establish credit with us
How does my company establish credit?
Upon completion of a credit application, we will perform a credit check and/or business references on your company. Once credit worthiness has been confirmed, we will contact your company to establish direct billing.
